What Are The Monday Club Breathwork Sessions:
To many people, the monday club is a phrase used for dossing off, having a few beers, and mentally avoiding the week ahead. But, how does this work out for them? I'd hazard a guess and say that Tuesday/Wednesday is a struggle, Thursday they pray for the weekend, and Friday... well TGIF
What if there was a better way to meet the week head-on? What if you could manage the stress, anxiety, and pressure of life and be rested, rejuvenated, and re-energised every morning of the week? Well, "The Monday Club" is the way. It is a weekly breathwork session intended to help you slow down, manage stress, and get good quality sleep. This is suitable for everyone, regardless of age. The weekly session is recorded for you to enjoy for the entire week.
What is involved?
A mixture of breathing, music, and meditative guidance by Seamus.
Designed to slow down our overactive minds, to ensure good sleep and relaxation.
Guaranteed to get you "out of your mind, into your body, and into a deep sleep".
This calm style of breathing is suitable for everyone (people with serious health conditions and pregnant women must inform Seamus prior)
I believe that breathwork should be accessible to all, and so conduct these sessions online, via Zoom, so you can practice them in the comfort of your own home.
The LIVE session is on Monday evening, 9PM (IRE/UK time)
***BONUS*** I record the session and send all participants a link to the cloud recording for them to enjoy for the rest of the week.
